Technical Support Specialist

Description

You will provide technical support by maintaining, servicing, and repairing all equipment and device-related systems in the studios. You will monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure timely reorders, oversee compliance with technical standards and safety requirements, and perform hands-on repairs. You will also support transport and logistics tasks for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and keep all device-technical systems in working condition
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and safety guidelines
• Perform manual repair and hands-on tasks as needed
• Support transport and logistics to ensure smooth internal processes

Requirements

• Trade or technical training (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, carpenter, or similar)
• Experience in a comparable role
• Class B driver’s license and willingness for mobile assignments
• Independent, reliable working style and practical craftsmanship skills
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and interest in a dynamic environment
• On-call availability for urgent situations
