Description

You will provide onsite desktop support in a Microsoft environment (desktop and Microsoft 365/O365), helping coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment collisions during high-priority incidents. Your tasks include handling incidents related to desktop changes, preparing rollout requests, maintaining asset inventory, and commissioning new laptops and desktops on the shop floor. You’ll also troubleshoot application deployment and patching failures over SCCM (client-side) and support remote users using tools such as TeamViewer and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting using MS Office and ITSM tools
• Coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment collisions on high-priority incidents
• Prepare rollout requests
• Participate in incident handling concerning desktop changes
• Troubleshoot application deployment and patching failures over SCCM (client-side)
• Maintain and update facility asset inventory in the required tool
• Provide desktop environment support and troubleshooting for desktop-service components
• Support laptop, desktops, and printers for all models

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English (mandatory)
• Onsite support experience
• Ability to commission new laptops and desktops across the shop floor as needed
• Ability to move around the shop floor with required tools and devices
• Maintain facility asset inventory and update it in the desired tool
• Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills
• Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Troubleshoot application deployment failures via SCCM (client-side)
• Troubleshoot patching deployment failures via SCCM (client-side)
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• ITSM and ticketing process experience (ServiceNow)
• Remote desktop connectivity tools such as TeamViewer
• MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio
• Internet browsers (Edge, Chrome)
• VPN (Cisco) and support for remote dial-in users
