Description

You will support and monitor existing IT systems at a logistics distribution center, ensuring system availability and handling incidents, analysis, and fixes in an SAP environment. The role includes coordinating hardware troubleshooting and repairs, managing employee accounts and access permissions, and supporting users onsite and remotely (including on-call duty). Programming knowledge (e.g., C# or C++) is part of the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee current IT systems in the logistics distribution center
• Ensure system availability; receive and analyze incidents and resolve errors in the SAP environment
• Process hardware issues and coordinate repairs
• Create, manage, and maintain employee accounts and access permissions
• Provide user support onsite and remote, including in on-call rotations

Requirements

• Good knowledge of IT environments (e.g., IT specialist training or equivalent acquired knowledge)
• Strong interest in IT topics such as IT infrastructure, networks, and software/hardware
• Enjoy solving problems and communicate effectively during consultation/support conversations
• Independent, self-directed, and responsible working style
• Programming knowledge (e.g., C# or C++)
