Description

You will monitor and maintain IT systems in a logistics distribution center to ensure high system availability. You will analyze and resolve disruptions—especially in the SAP environment—handle hardware problems and repairs, and provide phone-based user support on-site and remotely, including on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee existing IT systems in the logistics distribution center
• Ensure system availability; receive, analyze, and troubleshoot incidents in the SAP environment
• Handle hardware issues and coordinate repair activities
• Create, manage, and maintain employee accounts and permissions together with colleagues
• Provide user support by phone (on-site and remote) and take part in on-call rotations

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the IT environment (e.g., training as an IT specialist or equivalent acquired knowledge)
• High affinity for IT topics such as IT infrastructure, networks, and software/hardware
• Enjoys problem-solving and can communicate well during support/consulting conversations
• Independent and responsible working style
• Programming knowledge in C# or C++ via education/work or self-initiative
