Description

You will design, implement, and operate modern IT infrastructures for customers on-site and remotely. You will ensure stable operations, support and optimize system landscapes, and continuously develop IT and security services—including network, firewall, endpoint security, protection, and backup concepts. You will communicate proactively with customers, manage open topics through to successful ticket resolution, and support presales with technical consulting, workshops, and solution concept creation.

Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructure for customers on-site and remote
• Maintain stable service operation and further develop system landscapes (networking, firewall, endpoint security)
• Expand IT and security services and implement appropriate protection and backup concepts
• Proactive customer communication and independent follow-up of open topics; reliable ticket completion
• Presales support via technical consulting, workshops, and creation of solution concepts

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable practical experience in IT infrastructure
• Multi-year experience supporting customer environments, ideally in an IT system house
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualization, cloud technologies, and networking and security
• Solution- and customer-oriented mindset with confident demeanor, technical English, and structured work approach
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and good time management
• Driver’s license class B
