• Pay range: $18.00–$18.75 per hour

Description

Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe. Validate orders, choose high-quality items, answer questions, and support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance. Operate powered equipment safely and complete administrative and readiness tasks, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe staging areas

• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed

• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow safety requirements

• Use the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance; partner with leadership to resolve short picks

• Complete administrative/maintenance/readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management

• Report safety or theft concerns promptly

• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting/accessing/modifying/outputting information

• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smart phones and tablets)

• Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification (required; must be obtained if not already certified)
