• Role: ERP Specialist (trained into ERP Karat administration)

Description

You will be gradually trained to take over administration of the ERP system Karat. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from users, and translating them into clear ERP change requests for ERP vendors and external IT providers. You will also support decisions on which tools to integrate into the ERP, replace with standard functionality, or eliminate.

Responsibilities

• Gradually take responsibility for ERP Karat administration
• Analyze company processes (orders, administration, and user work inside the system)
• Maintain internal tools historically created within the company
• Submit requirements for ERP modifications to Karat providers or external IT firms
• Collaborate with users across the company: gather requirements and test changes
• Contribute to decisions on tool integration, replacement of standard functionality, or tool removal
• Help develop IT and ERP processes in the company

Requirements

• Interest in ERP systems, IT, and business processes
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to listen to users and understand their needs
• Ability to convert user needs into a clear, understandable IT specification
• Logical thinking and systematic approach
• Basic orientation in IT/software (ERP experience is an advantage)
• Basic SQL knowledge (read queries and verify data)
• Willingness to learn Karat ERP (training provided)
• Ability to communicate across the organization as a liaison between business and IT
