Description

You will administer and support the ERP system (ams.erp) and adjacent systems such as warehouse management. The role focuses on improving processes through low-maintenance, efficient ERP solutions and leading ERP-related IT projects while coordinating with key users, management, and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Administration and support of ERP (ams.erp) and related systems (e.g., warehouse management)

• Analyze and optimize business processes and implement them in maintenance-light, efficient ERP solutions

• Lead ERP-related IT projects independently and coordinate collaboration with key users, management, and external service providers

• Create workflows, reports, and dashboards using Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, Microsoft RDL, and SQL-based analyses; provide data and insights for business departments

• Provide support/representation for IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics or computer science with business background, or IT training with relevant professional experience

• Several years of experience in ERP support in special/custom machinery or plant engineering

• Goal-oriented, independent working style and high resilience

• Strong teamwork and genuine passion for the work

• High social competence, strong IT affinity, and understanding of process and data modeling

• English skills in speaking and writing
