Description

You will support, analyze, and continuously improve the company’s ERP landscape and related enterprise applications. The role includes working on business process and interface optimization, contributing to ERP rollout activities and introducing new business applications. In addition, you will handle 1st/2nd-level support, maintain stable operations, and support the Microsoft 365 platform with modern technologies such as AI and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop the ERP landscape and additional business applications
• Analyze, optimize, and digitize business processes as well as system and process interfaces
• Consult and support specialist departments on ERP and process topics
• Contribute to implementing and expanding the future ERP system; support the selection and rollout of new business applications
• Collect, assess, and implement requirements from business teams
• Create functional concepts and user documentation
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities
• Lead partial projects and work packages; coordinate business teams, vendors, and implementation partners
• Ensure high data quality and stable system processes
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support; analyze and resolve application and process incidents; assist users in daily operations
• Ensure stable application operations; perform maintenance, updates, and migrations
• Identify digitization potential and support automation initiatives
• Support further development of the Microsoft 365 platform and adoption of modern technologies, including AI-based solutions and data platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable qualification; alternatively vocational training with relevant professional experience in ERP, process, or business-application environments
• Experience with ERP systems and/or business applications: support, implementation, or further development
• Experience in production, logistics, or industrial companies is desirable
• ERP rollout, digitization, or transformation project experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of data structures, interfaces, and system interdependencies
• German proficiency (at least C2) and good English proficiency
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
