Description

You will support the ERP system coordinator in evolving the system landscape and digitalizing business processes while introducing modern data and AI solutions. The job is centered on developing practical automation, data usage, and AI applications—starting with support tasks and gradually taking ownership of projects. You will work closely with business and IT to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in digitalization and automation projects

• Analyze and optimize business processes

• Develop and introduce AI-supported solutions for different business areas

• Analyze, prepare, and evaluate company data using SQL

• Develop applications, scripts, and automations with Python

• Build and further develop data and process automations

• Develop and support interfaces between ERP systems, databases, and other applications

• Assist with the rollout of AI assistants, knowledge bases, and intelligent search solutions

• Evaluate new technologies and AI tools for practical usefulness

• Support technical questions, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and user requirements

• Create and maintain documentation for processes, applications, and digital solutions

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in IT, computer science, data science, digitalization, or comparable qualification

• Good knowledge of Python and SQL

• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and modern technologies

• Interest in data analysis, data structures, and process optimization

• Self-driven mindset and enjoyment of testing and using new technologies productively

• Communication skills to convey technical topics clearly

• ERP knowledge is beneficial (not mandatory)
