Description

Provide functional support for global enterprise applications, especially the new global ERP system ISAH. Support rollouts of new applications and integration interfaces, analyze business processes, and drive continuous improvements through managed change requests. Coordinate technical testing and user acceptance tests (UAT) and act as the bridge between business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional support for global enterprise applications (primarily ISAH ERP)

• Support the implementation of new applications and integration interfaces

• Analyze company processes and propose improvements

• Perform continuous improvements and manage change requests

• Conduct technical testing for new IT solutions and coordinate UAT

• Translate business requirements into effective solutions (business–IT interface)

• Collaborate with international sites to align processes and standards

• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering enterprise applications

• Experience managing incidents, problems, and changes

• Proactive approach with an orientation toward process improvement

• Experience implementing and adopting ERP systems

• Experience in an international environment

• Experience collaborating with vendors and stakeholders

• Communicative English used daily
