Description

You will ensure stable operation of enterprise business applications and continuously develop them together with business departments. The role includes integrating applications, maintaining consistent interfaces and data flows, and building reports and dashboards to support business process steering and digitization. You will act as a technical interface between business departments, Corporate IT, external partners, and system providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable operation of business applications and drive continuous enhancements with business teams (e.g., SIVAS, DMS, Personio, VENA, Power BI, and other enterprise systems)

• Support technical integration of applications and ensure consistent interfaces, data flows, and system processes

• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to enable steering and digitization of business processes

• Serve as the technical liaison between business departments, Corporate IT, external partners, and system vendors

Requirements

• Completed IT-related training with additional qualification or a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position

• Experience managing and further developing business applications

• Knowledge of system integration, data management, and process digitization

• Strong relational database knowledge (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) and experience using SQL to analyze, evaluate, and troubleshoot data issues in enterprise applications

• Knowledge of interface technologies and data formats (REST, XML, JSON, CSV) plus initial experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)

• Strong understanding of relationships between data, applications, and business processes

• Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics

• Good knowledge of reporting and analytics tools

• Very good German and English proficiency (written and spoken)
