Description

Develop, implement, and optimize innovative AI solutions and ERP solutions, including AI agent functionality and customer-facing integrations.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of AI agents

• Integration of customer solutions (ERP, CRM, M365)

• Prompt-engineering, tool-calling, workflow orchestration

• Close collaboration with customers for requirements analysis

• Documentation & handover of solutions

• Create and monitor managed services

Requirements

• Completed IT apprenticeship (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

• Interest in automation, scripting, and software integration

• Basic understanding of AI / LLMs / AI workflows

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style

• Good German and English skills (written and spoken), plus teamwork and strong communication

• Programming and scripting knowledge (preferred)

• Experience with n8n, VAPI, or Make (preferred)
