• Role: ERP Consultant (IFS Cloud)

Description

You will support users of IFS Cloud, analyze ERP tickets, and diagnose root causes before issues escalate. The position combines incident troubleshooting and SQL-based data analysis with collaboration across business, IT, ERP consultants, and external vendors. You will also support integrations between IFS Cloud and other systems, address EDI/data exchange topics, test changes and updates, and contribute to ERP rollout and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Support IFS Cloud users with day-to-day problem solving

• Analyze tickets and identify error causes early

• Use SQL to analyze data and diagnose issues

• Collaborate with business, IT teams, ERP consultants, and external suppliers

• Support integrations between IFS Cloud and other systems

• Work on EDI and data exchange topics

• Test new features, changes, and system updates

• Participate in development and implementation projects

• Create instructions and share knowledge with users

• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP systems

• Knowledge of IFS Cloud / IFS Applications, especially Sales, Distribution, Warehouses, or Transportation

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and diagnostics

• Knowledge of system integration and EDI

• Understanding of sales, logistics, and warehouse processes

• English proficiency for documentation and communication with international partners

• Ability to independently diagnose problems and keep working beyond the first error report

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
