Description

You will help develop an ERP system and digitalize company processes by coordinating initiatives and translating business needs into clear assignments for ERP analysts and external vendors. The role emphasizes taking ownership—understanding the purpose of changes and ensuring progress from initial request to successful deployment. You will work closely with business colleagues, ERP analysts, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments on planning and preparing ERP development changes

• Convert business requirements into detailed tasks for ERP analysts and external vendors

• Coordinate development initiatives and track status, timelines, responsibilities, and next steps

• Identify stakeholders involved and remove blockers to keep projects moving

• Plan development scope and capacity with ERP analysts and external vendors

• Contribute to process efficiency, digitalization, and automation; propose improvements

• Participate in major company projects and gradually take responsibility for implementation

Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central

• Ability to understand user needs and turn them into concrete ERP assignments

• Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and follow through to completion

• Ability to communicate across the company, including with management

• Ability to independently take charge of assigned activities and drive them to finish

• Interest in learning new topics and supporting long-term company growth
