Description

This IT Support Consultant role provides hands-on workplace technology support for end users, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals. You will perform hardware tasks (delivery, setup, imaging, resets), manage local stock and asset tracking, and provide “eyes and hands” support for basic server and networking needs under remote guidance. You’ll troubleshoot first-level hardware/connectivity issues and coordinate with global technical teams for integration and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver devices, perform cabling, setup, imaging, and resets
• Manage local stock and storage coordination with accurate asset tracking
• Provide onsite technical support for the server room (basic server and networking support under remote guidance)
• Coordinate with global tech teams and handle issue escalation
• Support ad hoc IT needs and resolve first-level hardware or connectivity problems

Requirements

• Proficient English
• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hardware setup and configuration
• Ability to manage local IT asset tracking
