You provide installation, setup, and commissioning support for WLAN, network, TV, and other technical systems at customer sites.

You analyze technical issues, develop and implement solutions, and help customers with questions about the systems in use.

You also capture customer requirements, explain technical options, and support selection and implementation of suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Completed training in IT, networking, or electrical engineering, or comparable know-how and practical experience as a career changer

• Knowledge of LAN/WLAN and IP networks, including routers and switches

• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a solution-oriented way

• Strong communication skills with customers and ability to explain technical relationships clearly
