Description

Learn to build and maintain technical systems in the fields of security, ITK technology, and automation. You will work outdoors across railway facilities and support service technicians on regional assignments to build hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain technical systems for security, ITK, and automation technology (e.g., intrusion and fire alarm systems, video and public address systems, displays, ticket vending machines, hot runner locator systems, and various radio technologies)
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (e.g., station premises, track areas, and signal boxes)
• Work with network technology from copper to fiber optics
• Carry out small assembly tasks
• Accompany service technicians on assignments in the region and gain practical experience

Requirements

• Successful completion (or soon completion) of at least the Qualifying Secondary School Certificate with a certificate recognized in Germany
• German language skills at least B2
• Strong manual/handicraft skills
• Interest in varied work
• Willingness to work independently and outdoors
• Teamwork and reliability
