Description

You will complete a 3-year apprenticeship as an IT System Electronics Technician. Your training covers the construction and maintenance of technical systems in security, IT communications, and automation—along with practical work outdoors. You’ll also accompany service technicians on regional assignments to build real-world experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical systems in security, IT communications, and automation technology
• Work with intrusion and fire alarm systems, video and public-address systems, displays, hot-roller detection systems, and various wireless technologies
• Perform small installation and assembly tasks
• Work outdoors in all weather (e.g., station grounds, track areas, signal boxes)
• Work with network technology from copper to fiber optics
• Accompany service technicians on assignments in the region and gain experience

Requirements

• School qualification completed (soon) and recognized in Germany
• German language skills at least B2
• Strong hands-on skills
• Willingness to work independently and outdoors
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Motivation for a varied job
