Description

You will help retail customers design and implement innovative technologies—such as AI-enabled POS solutions, modern cash systems, and IoT in-store—bridging IT and business departments. You will plan, design, and moderate customer workshops, deliver digitization initiatives including ERP modernization, CRM integrations, and self-checkout solutions, and support presales and proposal activities. You will also contribute to the further development of retail digitalization solutions.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field

• 3+ years of IT professional experience in an IT services provider, retail company, or consultancy with a focus on retail (in-store) or e-commerce

• Strong interest in cashier systems, CRM solutions, fraud prevention, or retail media

• Analytical thinking combined with pragmatic implementation

• Practical experience with classic and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Confident use of AI tools and the ability to critically evaluate results

• Secure communication in German and English
