Description

You will consult and support IT and business stakeholders on IT security matters, with a focus on AI security and secure data integration across complex environments. The position includes designing security strategies and architectures, strengthening IT service provider capabilities, and planning projects for security improvement and hardening. You will also perform continuous monitoring and analysis of the security posture and research security trends and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and support to IT and business departments on IT security topics

• Conceptualize security strategies and security architectures for IT services and applications with Enterprise and Solution Architecture

• Develop security capabilities for IT service providers, especially in AI security and data integration

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects to advance IT security and harden the IT landscape

• Continuously monitor and analyze the IT security situation and conduct market research on new IT security technologies, trends, and components

Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree with focus on IT security, information security, or (business) informatics, or equivalent qualification

• Long-term, broad experience in IT security

• Extensive experience designing and implementing security measures for AI use/development and hardening complex IT environments

• Multi-year experience in data integration and successful implementation of complex projects in heterogeneous system landscapes

• In-depth knowledge of IT security architecture, common security standards, and development approaches

• Preferably relevant certifications such as CDMP, CISSP, or CISM

• Hands-on mindset with strong initiative and willingness to perform

• Negotiation-level German and good English skills (written and spoken)
