Description

You will advise trading companies at the intersection of IT and specialist departments, helping shape the future of wholesale with innovative technologies such as data-driven wholesale, supply chain management, and B2B e-commerce.

You will plan, design, and moderate customer workshops and deliver digitalization initiatives including ERP modernization, CRM integrations, and process analyses/optimizations.

You will also contribute to presales and the ongoing development of digital solutions for wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Holistically consult customers on the conception and implementation of innovative wholesale technologies

• Advise trade companies across the IT and business-department interface

• Plan, design, and moderate workshops

• Lead digitalization projects (ERP modernization, CRM integrations, process analysis and optimization)

• Support project acquisition, proposal preparation, and presales activities

• Drive further development of solutions for digitizing wholesale

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable field

• First professional experience in an IT environment (IT services, wholesale, or consulting with a wholesale focus)

• Interest in ERP/CRM, process analysis & conception, and/or B2B e-commerce

• Analytical mindset with pragmatic implementation and an innovative approach

• Ideally experience with classic and agile methods for software projects (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Confident use of AI tools; critically evaluate results and support customers in realizing AI potential

• Very good German and good English communication skills
