Description

You support insurance organizations in developing digital processes and IT solutions. The role includes designing modern business and IT architectures for areas such as sales and claims management, as well as creating software solutions from portals to core/portfolio systems. You also work as the link between business departments and IT, running client workshops and critically reviewing existing IT-supported business processes for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance companies in evolving digital processes and IT solutions
• Develop business and IT architectures for sales, claims management, and other business areas
• Design software solutions from portals to core/portfolio systems
• Bridge specialist departments and IT to implement tailored solutions
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops and moderate professional exchange
• Critically assess existing IT-supported business processes and advise on optimization

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, ideally as a Business Analyst
• Familiarity with classic and agile approaches in project management or business analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills to develop well-thought-out concepts
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Confident use of AI tools and critical evaluation of results
• Very good German and good English for secure communication
