Description

You support customers in implementing retail business processes based on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and take functional responsibility for implementation, sales pipeline, cloud growth, and solution concept creation. You advise on efficient integration and/or extension of business processes and systems, including running fit-to-standard workshops. You continuously deepen expertise in a specific S/4HANA Cloud domain and support knowledge transfer within the team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive retail process solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

• Own functional responsibility across implementation, sales pipeline, and cloud growth

• Advise customers on efficient integration and/or extension of business processes and systems

• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and use relevant tooling

• Build and share knowledge in a focused S/4HANA Cloud domain

• Contribute to bid responses and create presentations

• Own topics such as solution definition, storytelling, and pricing

Requirements

• Multi-year industry experience in wholesale and retail with deep understanding of retail processes and SAP Retail portfolio mapping

• Consulting experience and certifications for Retail S/4HANA Public Cloud, including relevant modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO)

• Customer orientation and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions

• Willingness for continuous training in IT/SAP trends (e.g., AI, IoT)

• Secure communication in German and English, internally and externally
