Description

You will analyze and improve retail (wholesale and retail) business processes using SAP solutions, with a focus on S/4HANA Cloud transformations. You will consult and guide customers across the SAP retail solution portfolio and take a leading role in evolving the customer’s IT landscape. You will also plan, design, and implement innovative cloud transformation projects, including workshops and decision/results presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analyses of existing business processes in wholesale and retail

• Identify improvement and automation opportunities with SAP solutions

• Advise and guide customers regarding the retail solution portfolio

• Lead the targeted further development of the customer’s IT landscape

• Plan, design, and implement S/4HANA Cloud transformation projects

• Share knowledge with young professionals to advance the retail strategy

• Prepare and conduct customer workshops

• Create decision documents and present outcomes

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of SAP modules in wholesale and retail, including SD, MM, FI, CO and other relevant modules

• Multi-year industry knowledge in wholesale and retail and understanding of specific business processes in the SAP-Retail portfolio

• Strong team, communication, and presentation skills

• Willingness for continuous further training in IT and SAP trends such as AI and IoT

• Secure communication in German and English, internally and externally
