Description

Consult on HR digitalization across the employee lifecycle by analyzing existing HR processes, finding optimization potential, and developing digitalization strategies from initial process discovery to final solution delivery. Conduct stakeholder workshops, translate business requirements into IT solutions, and support system selection using market and fit-gap analyses. Implement modern HR technologies (HRIS, e-signature, certificate generator, learning platforms) and expand the HR-IT portfolio, using AI tools in the HR domain with critical evaluation of results.

Responsibilities

• Capture current HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop tailored digitalization strategies
• Run workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into IT solutions
• Support system selection via market and fit-gap analyses
• Implement modern HR technologies (HRIS, e-signature, certificate generator, learning platforms)
• Develop methods and tools and strategically grow the HR-IT portfolio
• Use AI tools in the field and help customers and the team realize AI potential

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR-IT consulting and project management (certification preferred)
• Very good knowledge of HR processes and HR systems across the employee lifecycle
• Understanding of HR-IT architectures
• Completed degree in HR, business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Confident use of AI tools; ability to critically evaluate outputs
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
