Description

You will serve as the bridge between business departments and IT in banking projects. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing complex bank applications while you may take on functions such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Developer, or Tester. You will work with direct customer contact to align needs and deliver results, including the use of AI tools with critical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Connect banking domain knowledge with IT to coordinate between specialist teams and IT
• Analyze, design, and implement complex banking applications
• Take on project roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Developer, or Tester
• Maintain direct customer contact and act as the interface between business and IT

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
• Several years of experience in application development or IT consulting
• Solid IT knowledge of application landscapes in financial services
• Good knowledge of various frontends and channels
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident use of AI tools with critical evaluation of outputs
• Very good German and good English
