About the role

As a Software Engineer (Power Platform), you will design, develop, and maintain digital solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform, supporting business teams in their digitalization and automation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support the full lifecycle of applications and automations.

How you will get the job done

• Developing and maintaining solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot Studio
• Gathering and translating business requirements into digital solutions
• Administering and supporting the Microsoft Power Platform environment
• Integrating technical solutions with business processes and existing systems
• Supporting all phases of the solution lifecycle, from design and implementation to maintenance and optimization
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to drive digitalization initiatives

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluent in English
• Completed studies in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong IT background
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot Studio
• Experience developing canvas apps and model-driven apps
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center, including environment management, monitoring, and DLP configuration
• Knowledge of programming principles and object-oriented programming
• Experience working with databases such as Dataverse, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB
• Understanding of version control, automated deployment, and testing concepts
• Basic knowledge of SSO technologies such as NTLM, Kerberos, and OAuth
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies

Nice to have

• Interest in AI, machine learning, chatbots, virtual assistants, or robotics
• Experience with Python or R
• Experience working in agile environments
