How you will get the job done

• Analyse Procurement business requirements and translate them into system requirements, including documentation of relevant IT system solutions.
• Implement system changes in Coupa and SAP MM to support the commercial success of projects.
• Define and document requirement standards and quality objectives with Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide service-oriented third-level support; analyse production errors, document changes, and support deployment to IT system solutions.
• Work with the business team to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing.
• Participate in production-support duty rotation, including weekend and off-hour coverage.
• Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components.
• Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development.

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Organization, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
• Solid knowledge of software development methods and procedures, particularly requirements engineering, and experience customizing and administering Coupa and SAP MM.
• Experience with Coupa administration, including creating approval chains for invoice verification and setting up company codes and charts of accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options.
