About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative PMO professional who is passionate about improving the way we work. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just manage processes – they challenge them, simplify them, and continuously look for better ways of delivering results.

How you will get the job done

  • Support the Head of Operations Projects PMO in tracking portfolio metrics, including financial management, risks, issue tracking, and reporting on overall portfolio progress. Power BI and Excel knowledge are mandatory.
  • Support Program and Project Managers with timely collation of weekly and monthly Steering Committee reporting packs; manage actions, decisions, inputs, and outputs.
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project portfolio.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure success.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Perform internal assurance to ensure projects comply with the Group Technology PPM governance model and are recorded in the appropriate tools and systems.
  • Cooperate with other departments and international colleagues to support delivery of a priority Group Technology strategic program.
  • Perform project resource-management tasks, from onboarding through work-effort reporting control.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Project Managers and act as a subject-matter expert for PMO best practice, portfolio methods, processes, tools, templates, and standards.

Skills and experience you will need

  • Fluent English.
  • 5+ years of PMO experience, preferably in IT-related environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI and Excel knowledge are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating and implementing process improvements, coordinating and overseeing project governance best practice, and communications.
  • Strong understanding of resource and financial management processes, including Clarity and SAP knowledge.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a multinational environment using foreign languages daily.
  • Experience creating, collating, and delivering accurate, timely program reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, peers, and team members.
  • Strong SharePoint knowledge and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall.
  • Proactive, positive attitude.

Nice to have

  • PMI, PRINCE, or similar certification.
