How you will get the job done

• Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and within budget, following project methodologies.
• Communicate plans, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders precisely and promptly.
• Assist with business-testing preparation and execution for project deliverables, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and approved scope.
• Identify dependencies and blockers affecting planned scope.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Prepare estimates with the Development Team.
• Elicit and validate product requirements; translate them into Product Backlog items and tasks.
• Track, report, and promptly resolve requirements issues.
• Provide traceability for requirements and change requests, and track delivery by the project team.
• Monitor the completeness and quality of business requirements.
• Create detailed business-analysis outcomes that outline problems and opportunities for business stakeholders.
• Create an appropriate level of product documentation for maintenance and support.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements.
• Seek improvements and excellence.

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluent English.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in IAM systems, preferably One Identity.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery.
• Ability to discuss and propose solutions for technical aspects of software delivery.
• Experience preparing estimates with the Development Team.
• Knowledge of or working experience with Scrum methodology.
• Experience exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving approach that can deal with ambiguity.
• Proactivity and comfort working with senior decision-makers.
• Team-player mindset, positive collaboration with team members and stakeholders, and strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• ITIL certification or willingness to pursue one.
