How you will get the job done

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, backlog items, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement, best practices, and excellence in Requirements Engineering and delivery.
• Support project planning, time and effort estimation, scope management, and successful end-to-end delivery in relation to business requirements.
• Own requirement quality and governance.
• Manage senior stakeholders.
• Lead major initiatives involving functional or technical changes.
• Influence technical and business decisions.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage requirements traceability, change requests, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery blockers.
• Manage business testing, UAT, and solution validation to ensure business expectations are met.
• Produce and maintain business analysis deliverables, product documentation, and support documentation.

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluency in English (C1).
• 10+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience in IAM systems, preferably One Identity, or related IGA/IAM domain knowledge.
• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in insurance, organization/management, mathematics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience of methods and procedures in the solution development process, focused on Requirements Engineering (preferably IREB certified), business analysis, and process analysis.
• Good understanding of supported application systems, their interfaces, and relevant business processes and workflows.
• Ability to quickly understand, analyze, and clearly articulate complex issues; a solution-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments, and strong written and spoken English.
• Practical experience with team collaboration tools: Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Relevant certifications, such as IREB, Scrum, or ITIL.
