Description

Support Project/Program Managers in tracking deliverables, milestones and overall progress. Coordinate regular and on-demand project/program reporting, implement and improve project governance and communication, and ensure project plans and documentation are complete, timely and up to date.

Work with other departments and international colleagues to deliver IT projects effectively. Support finance-related projects by monitoring KPIs, planned versus actual effort and budget usage; coordinate resource allocation across multiple initiatives; prepare concise financial and resource-allocation reports for Finance and Delivery teams; and identify discrepancies in effort or allocation and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
• University degree or soon to graduate
• Open, communicative and proactive attitude
• Experience working with Agile
• 2+ years of experience in PMO or a similar role in an IT environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA and PPM tools
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial tracking, effort analysis or working with project budgets
• Understanding of resource allocation processes and workload planning across multiple projects

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerBI
