Internal job title: PLM Solution Specialist

Please note that this role requires a daily start time between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end solution from creating product designs in 3D Mechanical CAD systems (Creo and Inventor) to releasing them in the global PLM system (Teamcenter).
• Provide tier 2 support, troubleshooting and resolving issues in close collaboration with power users (tier 1).
• Identify improvement areas in functionality, performance, automation, user-friendliness, and solution robustness.
• Contribute to the evolution of global process templates, design guidelines, and quality checks in collaboration with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Business Analyst.
• Support installation of MCAD applications, including Teamcenter integrations, for end-user clients.
• Maintain documentation to empower power users, including user manuals and process documentation, and execute test scripts.
• Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery.
• Conduct user training for new and refreshed functionalities.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, minimum C1 level.
• Familiarity with change-management processes (CMII, ITIL, or similar) and experience developing installation scripts for global distribution are desirable.
• Independent and precise work style, strong problem-solving skills, and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across teams and regions, including R&D and Operations.
• Knowledge of PLM systems; Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD for mechanical systems; PTC Creo is preferred and Autodesk Inventor is a plus.

Recruitment Process
