Software Engineer Backend

Join a multidisciplinary Agile development team implementing enterprise industrial and production solutions. The internal job title is Software Engineer Professional.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare project designs in line with existing technical and architectural guidance.
• Implement software requirements according to functional and technical designs.
• Perform unit and integration tests to verify implementation correctness.
• Conduct code reviews and prepare project documentation.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Requirements Engineers, Testers, and other team members.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with C#/.NET.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills at a minimum B2 level.
• Knowledge of design patterns, programming best practices, unit tests, and TDD.
• Experience with software modeling notations (UML) and the Scrum framework.

Strong Advantages

• Experience defining CI/CD pipelines.
• TypeScript development proficiency, preferably with Angular or Aurelia.
• Understanding of modern web UI technologies and design concepts.

Recruitment Process

• CV selection; selected candidates will be contacted.
• Phone screening with a recruiter, approximately 15 minutes.
• Initial video interview with the Manager and Technical Expert, approximately 1.5 hours.
• Face-to-face meeting at the office, approximately 1 hour.
