Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join as a Release Manager and drive smooth, successful production deployments. Coordinate releases ranging from large-scale transformations and infrastructure changes to everyday enhancements and fixes, working with technical and business teams across the organization.

This role combines technical involvement, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. You will oversee release activities end-to-end, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure deployments reach production safely and efficiently.

Your main tasks:

  • Technically manage solution deployment across landscapes, using tools such as CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
  • Bundle individual changes into relevant releases, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and emergency releases
  • Communicate release-management deadlines to delivery teams
  • Manage operational communication for ongoing releases; communicate plans, timelines, and requirements to SAFe Product Teams and stakeholders
  • Provide input for business communication related to ongoing releases
  • Manage cooperation with internal and external technical teams
  • Prepare analyses of release-management KPIs
  • Proactively identify blockers and impediments in the Release Management area
  • Improve processes, including LEAN initiatives and basic scripting with no-code tools such as UiPath
  • Cooperate with external partners, including service providers and auditors
  • Explore and implement AI agents and automation opportunities within Release Management, SDLC, and DevOps processes

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2 years of Release Management, SDLC, Change Management, or IT Delivery experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with experience communicating and working with people of different nationalities
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Agile and/or Scrum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions
  • Readiness to provide emergency support outside standard working hours and on weekends

Recruitment process
