Description

You will provide 2nd/3rd level support by handling and solving complex technical requests escalated from First Level Support. You will also support and carry out IT projects, escalate unresolved or highly complex issues to developers, manufacturers, or suppliers, and keep the knowledge base and documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical contact person supporting the account manager

  • Participate in and help execute IT projects

  • Process, resolve, and manage technical requests escalated from First Level Support

  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to developers, manufacturers, or suppliers

  • Update and maintain the knowledge base and documentation

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training or degree or equivalent qualification

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support

  • Solid technical IT knowledge across client, server, and network areas

  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments

  • Very good German skills (written and spoken)

  • High team and customer orientation

  • Independent and self-responsible work

  • Professional demeanor and structured way of working

  • Residence near Chemnitz or willingness to relocate

  • Driver’s license class B
