Agile and Change Management Specialist (all genders)

The Agile and Change Management Specialist supports the change process by combining Scrum Master and Change Management Specialist responsibilities, while supporting Release Train Engineer (RTE) activities. The role advances Agile transformation by coaching teams and leaders, fostering alignment and collaboration across teams, and driving continuous improvement to maximize value delivery efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives through stakeholder alignment and addressing resistance.
• Collaborate within complex organizational structures and adapt to different team needs and maturity levels.
• Encourage an Agile mindset and culture through guidance and practical support.
• Coach and support leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in building Agile/SAFe skills and practices.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across teams and management.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and deliver scaled Agile activities, including Program Increment (PI) planning, dependency tracking, and risk identification.
• Identify and remove obstacles affecting team progress; support Product Owners and Product Management with backlog management at team and Agile Release Train (ART) levels.
• Collect and report KPIs and metrics to monitor delivery and transformation progress at team and ART levels.
• Support priority and resource management for ongoing transformation efforts and team engagement.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Change Management.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• At least 1 year of change management experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile/SAFe and/or Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum C1).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in international projects within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, hands-on approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• SAFe, PSM, or CSM certification.
• Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, SAP implementation, release management, and cutover processes.

Recruitment Process
