Position Summary

Join a supportive, physician-led outpatient practice in Fond du Lac. Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a quality-driven team of 1 physician and 4 APPs. AI-driven tools and practice infrastructure support focus on patient care.

Practice Highlights

  • Flexible scheduling: four- or five-day workweek option.
  • Outpatient-based practice, with inpatient and procedural care available if desired.
  • 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient-contact hours weekly.
  • Fully integrated Epic EMR with DAX Copilot and Dragon dictation tools.
  • 1:10 call rotation with other primary care physicians in the NEMG group.

Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits

  • Competitive salary with a two-year guarantee.
