Physician - Primary Care

Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a primary care practice. The practice is collegial, collaborative, and consultative, with exceptional support staff. The role offers autonomy with the support of a large hospital system and an academic affiliation.

The health network supports patient care, innovation, medical research, and education. It operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma Center and is engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Wisconsin medical licensure
• Board certified or board eligible; board-eligible physicians must obtain certification within 2 years of employment
• Preferred training in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine
• H-1B visa sponsorship may be considered
