As an HR Generalist, you will own day-to-day employee-facing HR support across our fulfillment center network, partnering directly with frontline leaders to ensure consistent process execution. You will be responsible for balancing employee relations, supporting performance management, and executing critical compliance operations on-site. Quick Facts
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence at the local fulfillment center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional after-hours shift support.
How you will succeed
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for frontline team members
- Triage, document, and resolve low-to-mid complexity workplace matters with strict confidentiality
Leader Coaching & Performance
- Partner with site leadership to execute hourly performance review cycles
- Ensure all corrective action documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with policy
Onboarding & Backup Support
- Step in as a tactical backup for onboarding logistics and timesheet management when coverage is unavailable
HR Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate offboarding, transfers, and status changes
- Maintain data accuracy within the HRIS and track compliance workflows
Engagement & Culture Ownership
- Design and execute site-wide engagement activities, recognition programs, morale events, and employee communications
Data & Metrics Reporting
- Provide recurring people metrics reporting including turnover, attendance, and review completion trends
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Issue Resolution
- Support payroll, leave of absence, and time-off escalations with fair and consistent resolution
What experiences will help you in this role
