Spreetail is seeking a Fulfillment Services Project Manager to support and improve fulfillment operations within its Platform Services organization. Based onsite at one of the U.S. fulfillment centers, this role focuses on resolving operational challenges, improving inventory accuracy, and driving process improvements that enhance warehouse performance and customer experience.
How you will achieve success in this role
- Take immediate action to resolve inventory, storage, and order exceptions within your scope using your scanner and system access.
- Document recurring trends, systemic process gaps, and repeat exceptions, then partner with leadership to drive long-term operational improvements.
- Improve order accuracy, inventory integrity, and product quality by proactively preventing errors before they impact customers.
- Collaborate closely with FC Operations, ICQA, Receiving, and Platform Services teams to support operational effectiveness and advocate for brand priorities.
- Balance immediate problem solving with proactive inspections, investigations, and documentation to reduce repeat issues and improve fulfillment performance.
What experiences will help you in this role
- Experience working in a fulfillment center, distribution center, or 3PL environment with knowledge of warehouse operations and workflows.
- Comfortable using WMS scanners for inventory adjustments, location corrections, and warehouse transactions.
- Power Industrial Equipment certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days.
- Ability to prioritize work, make decisions independently, and take ownership of issue resolution.
- Ability to identify operational issues early and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Experience with inventory control, ICQA or cycle count processes, inbound receiving and discrepancy management, brand-facing operational documentation, and AI-assisted tools such as Claude.
