IT Support Analyst (Day Shift)

How You Will Make an Impact

As an IT Support Analyst, you will join a fast-paced, 24-hour operational manufacturing team working across Kermit and Monahans, Texas. The role involves supporting systems, networking, and desktop environments in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Veeam, and VMware.
• Deliver responsive end-user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators on troubleshooting and system maintenance projects.
• Create and refine documentation of processes and procedures.
• Address after-hours IT requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Deploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide desktop support for local and remote staff in manufacturing and office environments.
• Familiarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between Kermit and Monahans, Texas, with flexible on-call availability.

How You Will Stand Out

• AAS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• IT support experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and advanced networking systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Work Location

• Travel: Up to 10%
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Wednesday – Sunday or Thursday – Monday) with on-call responsibilities
• Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor manufacturing settings
