Description

Lead and coordinate complex IT and digital transformation projects, including initiatives involving ServiceNow. Manage end-to-end delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, external vendors, and executive management using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project documentation

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)

• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular status reports for senior stakeholders

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions

• Manage scope changes, project priorities, and stakeholder expectations; support change management for solution adoption

• Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors throughout delivery

Requirements

• Senior commercial experience in IT Project Management, digital transformation, or management consulting (international/cross-functional preferred)

• Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow (implementations, integrations, migrations, or platform enhancements)

• French at C1/C2 level (fluent professional communication)

• English at least B2+ level (preferably C1)

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches

• Ability and willingness to travel when required
