Description

Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and transformation projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timeline, capacity, quality, and budget across the Professional Services function. Oversee technical workstreams such as network, data center, and workplace/infrastructure, monitor SLA and operational standards, and drive improvements in efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the Professional Services function, including delivery, resources, and operational performance
• Take end-to-end responsibility for multiple IT projects and service engagements running in parallel
• Coordinate delivery across network, data center, workplace, and infrastructure services
• Monitor service and project quality, effectiveness, and compliance with SLAs/operational standards
• Build and maintain capacity plans and resource allocation across projects
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Coordinate internal operational and project teams; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Identify and implement process and delivery optimizations
• Act as a key customer contact for updates, service reviews, and escalation management
• Lead stakeholder meetings and report on delivery, capacity, budget, and key risks
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, timeline, budget, and business objectives

Requirements

• At least 5 years in IT Project Management (ideally 8–10+ years in complex enterprise environments)
• Experience managing multiple projects and service engagements simultaneously
• Demonstrated ownership of complex IT projects and delivery
• Solid technical project management background in IT infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of networking, data center, workplace/end-user computing, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with capacity planning and resource allocation
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and delivery priorities
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills for senior-level communication
• Leadership experience to set priorities, coordinate teams, and drive accountability
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear project plans and management communication
• Strong organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Structured, proactive, ownership-driven work style
• Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• English B2+/C1 level
