Description

Provide advanced ServiceNow development and implementation expertise, ensuring the platform is optimized for performance, usability, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hands-on development and configuration across SPM, App Engine, and Dashboards

• Review and validate development activities to ensure code quality and compliance with approved technical designs

• Follow Agile development methods using ServiceNow products

• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and provide guidance to teams for long-term sustainability

Requirements

• 7+ years overall technical experience, including 5+ years hands-on in ServiceNow SPM

• Experience implementing SPM, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Document Management, App Engine, Dashboards, Platform Analytics, Playbooks, and workspaces

• ServiceNow Certified: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM
