Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and governance reporting. Own project planning (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues), manage budgets and formal change requests, and support Agile delivery through sprint progress monitoring and backlog reviews. Coordinate testing, cutover activities, business readiness assessment, and user adoption to drive successful transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive project plans: milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues

• Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and formal change requests for financial control

• Support Agile delivery by monitoring sprint progress, facilitating backlog reviews, and ensuring alignment with project objectives

• Prepare governance materials, status reports, and executive-level summaries for programme oversight

• Coordinate testing, cutover activities, business readiness assessment, and user adoption actions for successful transitions

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management (e.g., project/programme management, business analysis, change management, IT/business consulting, service management, operational management, or business & IT transformation coordination)

• Senior project management experience including planning, risk management, and governance

• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior stakeholders

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (sprint planning and backlog management)

• Technical awareness (hands-on development experience not required)

• Fluent English
