Description

You will own the product vision and strategy for the MultiSport module and translate business and user needs into prioritized development work. The product covers self-service areas including configuration, payments, automation, and further improvement of user experience. You will define and track OKRs/KPIs, manage the product backlog, and use market and user/customer data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product vision and strategy with the Business Owner

• Communicate the product direction so stakeholders understand goals

• Define, track, and align OKRs and KPIs with the Business Owner

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog

• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to clarify needs and business value

• Work with Scrum teams to deliver valuable functionality in iterative cycles

• Monitor market and competition to identify opportunities and trends

• Communicate progress and collect feedback from internal/external stakeholders

• Partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market of product changes

• Analyze user data and business metrics to drive product decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a similar role

• Experience working with Scrum in an Agile environment

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in product/platform development or e-commerce, including purchase flow, online payments, transaction settlement, and post-sale support

• Comfort with configuration, system dependencies, customer/user processes, and migrations

• Experience with product/project management tools and prioritization techniques (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible priorities

• Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and OKRs

• Ability to find new solutions and market segments and initiate changes

• Advanced English proficiency
