Description

You will drive the development of products related to debit and credit payment cards, ensuring the product vision is delivered through prioritized work and continuous value for users. You will collect, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements, manage the product backlog (user stories and acceptance criteria), and collaborate with business, project, technology, UX/UI, analysts, and stakeholders. You will monitor progress against scope, goals, and deadlines, using data and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Responsibilities

• Develop products and services related to debit and credit cards

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements

• Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities

• Collaborate with project, development, UX/UI, analytics, and business stakeholders

• Plan and run product development workshops and meetings

• Monitor work progress and ensure scope, goals, and deadlines are met

• Analyze data, user feedback, and business outcomes for continuous improvement

• Support product scope and direction decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in banking or a financial institution

• Experience with digital products or banking systems

• Ability to create and manage a product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions

• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions based on business value, data, and user needs

• Knowledge of product and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with diverse stakeholders

• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment

• English at least B2 for international collaboration
