Description

Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream professional services engagements. Build structured execution plans that provide clarity, visibility, and accountability across interconnected projects from planning through delivery. Define and apply a delivery methodology grounded in agile and project management best practices to align teams on milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multi-workstream professional services engagements for large and strategic customers

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders across executive, program/project, engineering, development, and security teams

• Develop and apply a delivery methodology using agile and project management best practices

• Create and continuously communicate program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables

• Manage stakeholder expectations and secure approval on major milestones, decisions, and delivery plans

• Define program strategy including business justification, expected benefits, scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and success criteria

• Establish core program structures (RACI, work breakdown structures, communication plans, escalation paths)

• Partner with Engagement Managers and Regional Delivery Managers to support scoping and improve project management processes through OKRs

Requirements

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple interdependent projects, stakeholders, and timelines

• Strong program planning, forecasting, reporting, and communication of delivery metrics

• Ability to manage long-term budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies

• Proven relationship-building skills with customers and effective partnership with Engagement Managers, Architects, and delivery teams

• Working knowledge of agile and other project management approaches and the judgment to apply the right structure

• Ability to develop long-term plans supporting customer adoption, transformation, and successful delivery outcomes

• Comfort leading program-level meetings and driving progress across multiple workstreams

• Willingness to complete GitLab Project Management certification within 2 months of starting
